Comfortable but runs tight

These shoes have incredible comfort, however the strap around the ball of the foot is extremely tight so I have to return them.

Comfortable but not high quality

These shoes are very very comfortable and easy to walk in! However, the fake leather scraped off around the top of the toe area after a couple of times wearing.The straps connected to the ankle are also not durable.

Cute but concerned about rubber heel.

Love the shoe. It's a sturdy rubber heel but would suggest getting a hard tap on it.

I thought I accidentally ordered a child's shoe

I DESPERATELY wanted to love these shoes...I have ordered this shoe in 8.5, 9.0, 9.5, 10, 11, 9.0W, 9.5W, 10.0W and none of these fit properly!!! I should have listened to the other reviews who said this shoe runs small...8 shoes later I can confirm!!! It felt like I ordered a size 5... in kids!!! Although I will admit that the cushion under my toes was like nothing I have ever experienced. But unfortunately, the arch support was painful and the band across my instep was too tight, granted I do have a high instep. The material feels good and the Velcro strap adhered correctly.
