zipper in one boot broken, gets stuck halfway up and then separates, love the boot fit and design but disappointed they can not be wore will be returning Would like to purchase a replacement if/when I am reimbursed

Beautiful Quality Boot

Last year or two, I purchased very similar boots by Naturalizer, and I love them. These are the same as they have nice leather and a comfortable foot bed too. Also, not too wide in the calf but fits nicely over skinny jeans. They run narrow, so I ordered an 8W so I can wear a sock with them. Pricey, so I wait for them to go on sale.

Too narrow

Seems that the boots are designet for someone who has A VERY NARROW FEET or a child, I wasn’t even able to put them on.

Disappointed on quality of "leather"

I was under the impression for this price that the WHOLE boot from foot to shaft would be real leather. Sadly it seems it's only the area that covers your foot in the front. I love the saddle brown/reddish color and fit, but really disappointed it's not all 100% leather. I feel duped : (.
