Thyroid Symptoms Gone!

Best way to fall asleep and stay asleep

I have been using Organic Lemon Balm for about four months and wish I had found it sooner! It helps me fall asleep quickly with no after effects at all. The taste is pleasant as well, no medicinal or chemical taste. Strongly recommend this if you have trouble falling and staying asleep.

Sleep Like A Baby

I’ve bought this several times this year. I was feeling so stressed out over the political fiasco we’ve been living through the last 4 yrs and I needed help getting to sleep. I saw Lemon Balm was suggested as a calming balm for the over-active mind that had no side effects. Boy, was I pleased to find that I would fall asleep almost immediately after taking only a dropper full. I would stay asleep for several hours and feel wonderful after waking. I’m so happy with this totally healthy sleep aide that I suggest this for everyone who can’t tolerate any of the other methods like melatonin or sleeping pills.
