Nice watch but latch didn't stay in great condition

Very poor customer service

I am very disappointed with this watch and the customer service. I bought this watch for my husband and he had to contact you to ask how you changed the straps as there were no instructions. He was told to contact Timex which he did. Three times. They asked for photographs of the watch which were sent and the answer was "Take it to a jeweler" The order number is 5966353. Watch with two straps and tool to change them

Not a Men's Watch

I ordered this watch through a third party retailer because I thought it looked great online. When I received it, I realized it was thinner and lighter than it appeared. When I put it on, both my wife and I said it looked more like a women's watch. This might fit well on a petit, small framed man but otherwise, I don't recommend this watch for men.
