Burgundy is more muted than in picture

I bought this burgundy blazer because the color looked more vivid than the others available in the website. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the burgundy is noticeably more muted than in the picture online. It’s a shame, because the quality of the blazer is good. I’m returning it.

Soft color weave fabric

Gift for husband. I hope he likes it. The fabric looks great. I like the color, not a solid but with a weave of lighter browns.

Fabulous jacket in every way, but…

I love the weave. I love the pattern. I love the colors. Unfortunately, it was received soiled with green stains on the lapel and sleeve. It’s been returned and I wanted to re-order but apparently it’s not available. Makes me sad, I loved it.

Customer Service

This jacket did not fit. We returned it to our local store In Palmdale, Ca. We met two wonderful salesmen who not only went above our expectation but allowed us to enjoy our time in the store. Samer was so helpful in locating a sport jacket and shirt for my husband. We were frustrated because we are leaving on a three month vacation to Canada and needed something immediately. He showed us several options and was so understanding and helpful in helping us make a choice. He walked us up to the cash register and there was Ken. He was quick and efficient with the return and promptly processed our new purchases at the same time being friendly and personable. What a delight to have such wonderful customer service nowadays with all the negativity. Thank you Samer and Ken for making our day.
