Measurements

I like the suit, but why on earth am I not allowed to take measurements for the trousers? I have a 36 inch waist and the trousers were size 43! It cost me a considerable amount to have them altered. I do not understand this method of measurement for a suit

Didn't fit as expect.

Didn't fit as expected. However, it is tough to buy a jacket and pants that will fit. Most men need different sizes for pants and jackets.

Extremely Disappointed with Online Order & Service

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent online purchase experience through Macy’s. I ordered a suit for my wedding and was never informed that it was out of stock. After not receiving any shipping updates, I had to call customer service myself, only to find out that the item was never shipped and had been refunded—without any prior notice. Given the urgency (my wedding was just days away), I was offered an alternative suit, with the assurance that it would arrive by 4/15. Unfortunately, it did not show up until Saturday, 4/19—the day before my wedding. To make matters worse, the replacement was completely different from what was promised: it was too small, a completely different material (tweed instead of stretch), and overall not suitable for the occasion. This last-minute situation caused unnecessary stress at an already emotional time. I was highly unsatisfied with both the product and the service. I will be returning the suit, and I expect a full refund and acknowledgment of this poor customer experience
