Absolutely Horrible Customer Service

I paid for expedited shipping so I could have the item to go on vacation. It was supposed to arrive on the 18th the latest and did not arrive until the 21st, the day I returned from vacation. I would say the service is horrible and I need a refund for the expedited shipping cost I paid. When I called customer service to get one, the representative acknowledged me and said hello, and then just Wendi’s not say anything else after that. He just hung on the phone saying “hello” every so often for 15 mins. One star is too many.

Nice sized bag

Sturdy and rolls well, but I found the opening to be smaller then my other Nautica duffle making it harder to get items in and out. The older bag opened around the perimeter but this opens in the center limiting access.
