I am very disappointed.

I do not give 0 because there is no option in the system, very bad seller. The flowers are far from looking natural since they are hard, I imagined them with soft petals since in the description of the article they said they were nearly natural. It did not arrive wrapped as a gift and did not arrive with the gift message I made. In addition to having the deadline to return the day the item arrived at the recipient. I'm very disappointed.
