Worst expensive product
Poor quality. I have never paid so mucho for such a cheap construction product like this one. Really disappointed. It has wheels but if you move it, falls apart, it’s week and unstable.

GARBAGE! Do not buy!! CHEAPLY MADE!
Do not waste your money on this! You will be very disappointed. I bought this sorter to replace the exact same one I had for 7-8 years due to wear and tear. The quality has deteriorated tremendously. The “new” one was cheap and flimsy. The frame pieces kept coming apart, one of the plastic wheel attachments cracked within the first month, and the canvas bags were thinner and cheaply made. I was so disappointed because I had already gotten rid of the original one. I finally decided to buy a better constructed sorter by Seville, which is super sturdy and has heavy duty 3 inch wheels...(and it didn’t cost much more than what they are selling this one for) and I’m so glad I did.
Love it!
This is an attractive, sturdy, well-made hamper. I did not have the same experience as other reviewers, It works as expected for me.

Really bad
Wasted my money on this. This is very poorly constructed and it's not really usable. I am shocked that Macy's sells something so inferior.

Good hamper
This is a great product. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the hooks can be kind of flimsy. Otherwise I love how we can divide whites, darks and delicates!

Not worth it
Poorly made cheap and plastic sorting bins that do not support the weight of normal laundry
Not quite what I thought!
First the box was tape together terribly. They when I opened it, the hamper had been a return and all the pieces were dumped in another box. My maid put it together and none I repeat none of the hooks fit properly onto the rails on both sides! Go figure.
