Awesome pan!

This cast iron grill pan is heavy, solid and well made. We seasoned it before using. Pan retains heat well and leaves grill marks. The beautiful green color is a bonus, nice pop to our kitchen.

A high quality pan that'll last for years!

The BergHOFF Neo Cast Iron, 11" square grill pan is the ultimate in a durable pan besides being such a stylish design. This came with some really good instructions that I definitely needed. They will help me to use it correctly, to prolong its life, and appearance. This pan, with its raised grill ridges, will definitely be wonderful for grilled sandwiches as well as meats. I love that this is multifunctional in the way that I can use it in the oven as well as on the stovetop. The pour spouts on both side makes it more versatile and easier to drain. It's really nice that this DOES NOT have to be seasoned. This pan is very heavy, a high quality design, and I love the green. I'm looking forward to having this a very long time because I see it being a long lasting and versatile piece of quality cookware.

Love this pan !!!!

I received this complimentary from @influenster for my review and this pan is great. It is extremely heavy because of the cast iron. The grill type bottom made it so my chicken cutlets did not stick. Well made

It’s definitely heavy but well made. It’s good still good for regular stir fries even though it’s a grill pan. I love how the heat transfers evenly (it takes a little time to heat up). I try to keep it coated with oil so the surface stays smooth. That bright red color is a plus!

Wonderful sturdy pan!

This purple cast iron grill pan is so wonderful and easy to clean! I have another round cast iron and it is a pain to get clean, but this one is amazing ! It is the perfect size for grilled chicken or burgers inside when I can’t go outside and grill! It’s all one sturdy piece so very heavy duty and will last!! I am absolutely in love with BergHOFF products and cannot wait to get some more for our home!
