It’s ok to have, but it doesn’t heat the milk hot
It’s a nice accessory to have. I like it can foam hot and cold milk nicely. It’s def a learning curve, don’t overfill it. Knock 1 star off because the it doesn’t heat the milk up hot, also stay just warm:(

Durable and high quality
We have had our aeroccino for over 6 years now and absolutely love it - still works just as well as when we initially got it. You're not supposed to do this, technically, but I like to add a scoop of cocoa powder right after starting to froth hot milk and it makes an amazing frothed hot chocolate. I wash it out by hand to remove any residue after.

Great little milk frother (for free, too)!
So I just rescued one of these out of my apt. complex dumpster. Still in pristine condition with its base, whisk and lid! Cleaned it up (milk froth spills where it clearly overflowed), downloaded and read the manual, and gave it a shot! Wow! Great froth!! Tried it both ways. Hot with froth and just hot milk with the correct whisks. Works like a charm and gets the milk nice and hot! Probably came from one of those one star reviews... but reading the manual seems to do the trick! Glad to add it to my coffee tool repertoire. Will go very well with my Moka pot coffee!

Fun little splurge
Such a fun little splurge! I love this little milk frother becasue it adds that little bit of something special to my coffee every day. I've had zero issues, works great. Don't think I could ever just cold pour milk into my cup anymore, because now I am spoiled with froth!

Still works perfectly after 5+ years!
It makes incredibly thick foam and still works perfectly after 5+ years! I've read some of those one-star review and I just think people are dumb! This is such a perfect product! Simple and functional yet some people can't figure out how to use it. When I read "it leaks" I wish I could be there to see how it's leaking since the foaming container is a single piece! It doesn't turn on? did you try placing it on its support and plug it in? (it doesn't have batteries, it needs to be on the cradle in order to work. It stopped working after one use? I bet you put it in the dishwasher, you moron! there are exposed contacts and the instructions clearly tell you are not supposed to put it in a dishwasher or immerse in any liquid!

Great frother, not so great heater
Nice frother but execution on adequate temperature is lacking. Nothing like having to microwave your cup after adding your milk/froth. Temp is around 150 degrees, a bit short of a nice warm cup of java.

I use mine daily since they came out with them…
Ive had my Aeroccino 3 since they came out and use it daily at least once, sometimes multiple times a day (I’m a heavy latte drinker, what can I say!) I have NEVER had any issues with milk overflowing, leaking, ‘bursting’ etc. I think these bad reviews are because of user error not machine error. If you follow the machine fill guide, you won’t have ANY issues. I have used whole milk, almond milk, goat milk, coconut milk, and even added a slash of whipping cream once or twice. I almost always add vanilla extract (or another flavor) and very often add just enough simple syrup to cover a thin layer across the bottom of the machine.
