So disgusted
The Nespresso Machine arrived today, my husband was so excited it came because our previous one is becoming useless. I opened it up & the entire box fell open & the Nespresso machine was in its box upside down with disgusting fingerprints & dust attached to the cord. Whoever returned literally threw the item back in the box & a Macy’s employee without checking it sent it out as a new product. Now wasting my time to take to a UPS store to return & purchase another machine elsewhere. I want my $10 rewards cash back that I used for this item. So disappointed & disgusted. I took pics & wish I could attach them.

The quickest and best way to make a latte!
Love how easy and convenient this machine is! Finally asked for and received one for Christmas this year and I haven’t even been to Starbucks since. Also love how easy and quiet the frother is to use. The Nespresso machine itself is also pretty quiet. Seems to be built pretty sturdy and holds a decent amount of water in the reservoir. The machine isn’t too heavy if you need to move it from area to area it is definitely doable but weighs more than a keurig or normal coffee pot. So happy I got this machine and if you don’t think you will use it daily like I did, I promise you will so just make the big purchase and buy it. You will love it too! 😊

Absolutely worth every penny
My machine finally broke after 6 years, but those 6 years were absolutely amazing. I would love the chance to upgrade to an original line or even buy another Vertuo! The frother is also 100% worth it. VOLTESSO & ICED LEGGERO ARE MY FAVORITE CAPSULES!

So glad I jumped on this!
I was trying to decide whether to buy a combo espresso pod/k-cup/traditional drip coffee maker or a Nespresso stand aline machine when I found this version on sale at Macy’s. The price was good and Macy’s is the only place I’d seen the white color so I jumped. So glad I did! I’m loving learning how to create exactly the coffee drink I want plus experimenting with the included coffee capsules I wouldn’t normally have purchased. So fun…and great coffee!

I love this espresso machine so much! It makes the perfect size coffee and I also love making my espresso with it. It heats up so quick and the coffee always tastes so delicious. I definitely recommend this product.
