Great, but ….
Really enjoy my machine. One question, if you use the devices milk cleaning process why do you still have to put the milk processing parts in the dishwasher?

Don’t buy
Buttons on top crapped out and started jamming and milk frother stop frothing milk and only warmed it. Tried to contact to get a replacement but never heard back

To much maintenance needed
Drip tray is very shallow and not removable, making cleaning awkward. The milk steamer has a lot of parts that have to be removed, taken apart, cleaned, dried, and reassembled after each use.

Average machine
Never worked properly, doesn’t froth well with alternate milks, lights flash from one button to the other then shuts off and the power switch needs to be turned off and on for it to work again also after every coffee you need to clean the milk frother thoroughly or it won’t work

We have had this machine for over 8 years, and it’s been perfect. Easy to clean and look after. Easy to use. We love it

Feel like I've wasted my money
After reading the brief instructions, I am still in the dark on how to make coffee they way I want or like. For example, I wouldn't mind something like the picture above but I have no clue how to do that. I wish I hadn't bothered, as the expense is not worth the little extra of it frothing your milk. Wish I'd stuck to the basic one.
