Wrong color

I ordered a lavender set online and received a grey set. I canned customer service and they sent me a return label and a new set. I returned the first set and received the second one. The second one was also grey. I returned that set to the store and was told they could accept that return but not process the credit. I called customet service again and they said they would process the refund. I received an email confirming the refund. But it never reflected on my card. I ultimately had to challenge the charge. All that to say, if a customer ordered a specific color. Send them that color.

Too Small and wrinkled

Should have paid more attention to actual dimension versus picture. Comforter doesn’t even come below mattress. It was vacuum sealed and I don’t think the wrinkles will ever come out. I may try to wash it but it says “line dry”. I don’t have a line. I was waiting until I finished some work in bedroom to open it so it is past return window. I will probably just try to get some of my money back in next garage sale.

7 Piece Black Comforter Set

I really like this comforter set. It looks really nice. I covered it with red and pink rose petals and add 2 valentine decor pillows put a couples questionnaire game in the center for date night. Turned out great!!! The set is soft and does need fluffing out. I ordered the cal. king for my queen size bed. I'm glad I did because a queen size set wouldn't have given the look I was looking for. I would recommend. This was a good buy!

Not sure right size

I purchased California King so it would cover the side of my king bed. It only covered about 2” on each side. So disappointed!
