Where are they

I have been waiting since November 13th for two of these roll pillows to be delivered. I wanted them for Christmas gifts. I received communication from Macy’s saying that they could not be canceled and that they were delayed until December 2. It’s December 20 now, and they are on sale for a fraction of what I paid for them. What is going on Macy’s?

Best neck pillow

I’m a cancer patient and was having neck pain and back pain. I also go through the night one minute I’m cold but most of the night I’m hot and this little pillow is a savior. I just received the pillow today took it out of the package and I completely fell asleep for a few hours and fell in love with it. It cools you off and gives you the right support. I recommend it 100%.

if this review helps

i wasn't happy about the experience of ordering online nor the appearance when i received the order. i took longer than expected and ended up having to get it from a different source since when i recieved it was days after when i needed it. and when i received the order the box looked like it was thrown around and the pillow its self was compressed and folded in half.
