Nestl Firm Memory Foam Neck Roll

It was advertised as firm neck roll. It goes completely flat when you lay on it, no support for the neck whatsoever. It doesn't even say firm on box.

Ordered one firm and one medium firm both are identical. The boxes do not mention firmness. Both are super soft with absolutely no firmness.
