We love this trailer
I'm glad I went with this trailer. Though it's a bit more bulky than I wanted, pulling it is quite easy and the foldable storage helpful. Also, the customer service is superb as many have pointed out. A couple downsides: The assembly instructions are very unclear. Wish they were detailed a little better. But thanks to Aosom's stellar customer service, I was able to get sorted out.

Best bang for your $
First off. My rating is 4.5 stars for this trailer. The site only uses whole numbers to rate. I have only dragged this around with my electric bike a few time so far. My two little dogs maybe are not totally happy with this method of travel. But, after a bit of running. I think they are starting to figure out that this chariot of travel beats walking. The trailer has a nice frame and metal connectors for the bike hitch. While the fabric is a bit thin to stand up to too much paw and nail action. For the price, I think it is adequate to get the job done. Be aware that the bottom has little structure and we added a nice 3 inch kennel/crate bed that is a perfect wall to wall fit for this trailer. You will have to buy something for the floor if your animals are any heavier than 10-15lbs. Both of my little dogs combined are double that weight and the trailer with kennel bed works great. The only true negative for this trailer and using it with your pets. No storage. It needs a trunk, cargo sides or even roof rack to carry a few pet supplies. Maybe a nice set of baskets just in front of the wheels to hold a water bottle and dog bowl. You need a couple small storage spots for the supplies to take you dogs on an outing. Storage for leashes, toys, treats and doody bags would make this a 10 out of 10 travel companion. And for those just looking for a budget friendly trailer to haul stuff on the trail. This is also great to do grocery runs or haul overnight supplies. A surprise thing I did not notice in the listing. The wheels have quick connects to make the whole thing collapse down without tools to the thickness of the tubular frame. Great for those who have to put this in a trunk or minimal space of an SUV.

Special note for e-bike riders
Love the trailer! Great customer service. E bike riders¡ªthe hitch adapter was slightly too small for the hub bolt on our electric bikes and we had to use a metal drill bit (9/16) to enlarge the hole a little. Once that was done the trailer pulled smoothly. We did put in a no-slip pad for better stability for our pup. She got use to riding pretty quickly. Set up and tear down is quick and easy. We did get another bike hitch adapter for my bike ( same modification required) so that either of us could pull the trailer. There were a couple of hiccups with our order, but again, customer service was good, response was better with phone customer service than e-mail if you need help

Happy Boi and Happy Dad!
The trailer performed as advertised during the 4mi trip I've used it for so far. It is lightweight and adequately sturdy. Tires are shipped flat, so you will need air before using. The instructions are pictures only and a bit confusing. I cut my finger while putting the cross-brace in place because I did not understand I needed to remove an Allen screw first and forced the brace in place with the screw still in the cross-brace. I suggest shipping the trailer with the screw and nut in place for the cross brace, and remove the cotter pin which needs to be removed when folding up the trailer anyway. A few words in the instructions might be helpful as well. I connected the trailer to my ebike, which has a hub motor in the rear wheel. The axle rod for the ebike appears to be a larger diameter than in a regular bike, and was too large for the trailer's hitch coupler to fit around. I had to use a chainsaw file with a cordless drill to widen the hole in trailer's coupler so I could place it on my bike's axle. It will be interesting to see how the tires wear because there is only one trailer hitch arm which comes from one side of the trailer and not in the center of the trailer. I would think this would inevitably cause the trailer to be pulled at a slight angle, and thus cause uneven wear on the tires and a sideways strain on the trailer. I am happy with the trailer so far.

For the price, and outstanding trailer.
It is a very sturdy, beautiful trailer overall. I've taken my 60 lb. dog out in it several times, and was amazed that it hardly felt like I was towing anything. It glides! I'm very happy with it.
