Bad quality
I never thought Macy's will accept something like that in their store

poor quality craftsmanship, tight from the toes, was delivered with dirt on the top.
Do Better Macy’s
The shoes arrived in poor conditions, almost mold like webbing and/or dust on them. Never have I ever received any shoes elsewhere like this besides MACY’s. I don’t know if it was poor QC or MACY’s discarding their bad quality shoes onto people. Frequent size 8 buyer everywhere as well yet these feel like a 9/9.5 . I’d size down half or even a full size. Trying again with their all brown suede shoes and hope those are not in bad condition either. If you read this MACY’s, what’s going on?

Grandma’s work is never done!
I was very disappointed with the shoes I received they looked as if they had been stored in moisture. When I opened the box the shoes had a white residue all over them let’s me know that no one even looked at the shoes before they shipped them out Thanks for more running around looking for prom/graduation shoes.
Crappy shoes
The bottom of the shoe has holes in it just after two months of light use. Avoid at all costs! Garbage!
