Size Runs Big

I'm size 9 and ordered size 9, but it runs big, and I have to return it. I've ordered the same shoe in size 8.5, but it runs big again, and I've to return it second time. Do I have to go size 8 or 7.5 for a shoe that I really like?

Terrible - Macys don’t sell this shoe

These were terrible and I’m surprised Macys would even sell. The shoes are hard , no flexibility at all and the sizing is off - would need to size up 1 and 1/2 sizes.
