Purchased July 2025. Operated with no issues. January 2026 suddenly stopped working. Was not producing ice. Followed trouble shooting instructions without resolution. Worthless. Do not recommend.

Do NOT BUY this machine

I am on the 3rd icemaker from Newair, first one quit within a year, I purchased a replacement because I needed one quick. The black plastic piece broke that ice comes out of. That unit lasted almost exactly 12 months (warranty). Newair sent me a replacement, that one broke at 15 months. Same part, which they don’t have. They offered a 40% discount. Do not waste your money, get a reliable brand from a company who backs up their product.

Do not buy

Purchased this ice maker for my husband as a Christmas gift and it’s not working. It never made the first piece of ice. Currently dealing with customer service. We have sent over a video of the machine not producing ice along with a copy of the receipt where I just purchased it on December 19th. Still no resolution. I am highly disappointed considering the amount of money I spent.

We love this little ice maker

We have a conversion van and missed having ice available. This ice maker is small and makes a ton of ice! We can run it off of our solar panel while camping. It is pretty prefect for our needs.

Worth buying!

I have to say, I absolutely love this ice maker for several reasons. The ice it produces is crystal clear, and the machine works really quickly, churning out ice every 10 minutes. I appreciate the simple design and how easy it is to use. Before I knew it, we had a good supply of clean ice, making it perfect for parties and holiday gatherings. Plus, the price is very reasonable. We're really happy with this ice maker-it's great to just walk away and come back to find a fresh batch of ice waiting for your drinks!

The good ice!!!

This ice maker is so amazing! It makes ice super fast and it's always perfect and crunchy! I love that I don't have to use those freezer burnt ice trays anymore. I love the sleek look of it!
