You Lied

It’s very dishonest to tell customers that they can receive a product in two days if they choose to have it shipped to the store, when in reality it takes almost two weeks. This has happened to me often.

Disappointed.

I already bought a Nick Graham suit for my grandson four years ago.i love it and he still has it. This one, ? the above one I bought in blue., 42 reg. ? AWFUL. The trousers, as already they have been referred to as being a problem…..were labeled 36”, when I measured them I got 38”. Since I needed a 32” that would mean the waist band would have to be removed and the hips and seat of the pants would need to be cut 3” each side and then the waist band put on again. Trousers at bottom were slim but ballooned when they reached thighs and waist. And RECYCLED MATERIALS.??? Way too costly to have the pants redone. A real pity because I love his lining in the suits.

incomplete order

my son ordered this suit to wear to homecoming. when we received the suit, the pants were missing, i called Macy costumer service to let them know what happened with my order. Customer service was very helpful. They apologized for the mistake and said they would send the pants with express service, so my son could get them in time for homecoming. the following day i received an email saying my order was canceled and they had issued me a refund. i didn't understand , so i called customer service again. After much research they informed me the suit was no longer available, that's why i received the email about a refund. if the person who packaged the suit would have checked to make sure the pants were in the order, none of this would happen. I had to rush around to purchased another suit for my son for homecoming.

Broken Hearted

The suit was excellent wanted to keep but wrong size pants were shipped with suit thought of Taylor because the quality was superb for the price but I decided to return excellent quality

Suit jacket was perfect but the pants size that paired with the jacket was way too big. I need to get the waist altered for a suitable fit. Besides that, I would've rated 5 stars.
