Poor Customer Service
Macy’s cancelled my order claiming the item was out of stock about a week after the order. The item was still on their website, but price was dramatically increased. Macy’s claimed my order was a pricing error and they did not honor my order.

Ranking this a 1 star because my order was cancelled by Macey's stating this products was out of stock when it was posted online. I ordered three luggage sets and all were cancelled stating out of stock but yet available on the Macey's website. Not sure why I got this email to request a review.
