VERY misleading!

I placed my order online 12.22.25, the message displayed the item would be available for pickup in store on 12.23.25! Once the order was placed, the message displayed the item was available on 12.29.25! I attempted to cancel the order based on the timeframe given which is 30 minutes after the order was placed. It wasn’t honored, the representative told me I provided the wrong zip code and ended the call! Well, it was the right zip code when they charged my card…Macy’s, I AM LIVID!!!!! So, now I have to wait 7 days from 12.29.25 for the order to cancel itself out and ANOTHER 7 to 10 days for the refund! I will NEVER order again from Macy’s website!

Color Gone Wrong

The show itself is nice but the color isn’t pink. We thought we were buying a pink and burgundy shoe, but it’s more of a violet color. My daughter still liked the shoe, just not the color we thought we were buying.
