My son liked it unfortunately....

Never again

So I emailed them sent them videos of my package getting stolen off my porch. They refused to give me credit. They were refuse to re-ship me my order now I’m so irritated because now my son gotta be cold because his coat got stolen too. they won’t give me my money back three they won’t even re-ship my order. The lie to you they tell you that they’re gonna re-ship it. Everything went through the next thing you know in 24 hours you get an email stating unfortunately we cannot credit you or re-shipped you your order which I don’t understand because I sent all my evidence to prove my case.
