Return policy stinks!!!

I thought they were fleece. I bought the wrong size. Your return policy stinks!!! So much to do to get these returned and costly. I won't shop online with Macy's anymore. I ordered several items...all were delayed or maybe not coming at all. A total disaster. I need to return these pants..I need the money back.
