Anti-theft device still on.

Anti-theft device still on. I ordered online for Christmas and received pantscwith anti-theft device attached. Called and was asked to take to store to remove. The whole point of ordering online is to not go to the store! The store is over an hour away. Alternatively, at my inconvenience I was asked to package and send back. First method go to UPS store. None close to me. Amyway, all of this was a huge inconvenience and the solutions were not customer focused.
