Runs very wide! Not for narrow feet

This shoe runs big and way too wide! Agree with previous reviews that cinching the laces made the fabric in the midsole pucker and have a weird overhang. Zero support for high arches, and the materials feel cheap. Bring back the metcon 5s which were infinitely superior!!

Felt wide width in normal size

I have been wearing 270's for the past 3 years. Although the arch support in the Metcon 6 felt great, this shoe felt too big at my regular 7.5 size. These shoes also felt much wider than usual.

I don't think my expectations were too high

Nicely made. Tight fit, but hoping they pack out a little. Feel great under my heels yet rock hard under the balls of my feet. Arch feels good. Could use a slightly wider toebox. .

#freethetongue

These have been my tried and true, go-to, workout shoe. Can handle anything that’s thrown at me (outside of rope climbs, I save my regular Metcons for those). My ONLY true complaint is WHY WAS THE TONGUE SEWN IN?!? I absolutely hate it. I have a narrow foot. Nike has been great for me for years and I strictly buy Nike for that reason. However, with the tongue sewn in, when I tighten the shoes to fit my foot, it gets all bunch-y on the sides and looks terrible. Loved my Free Metcon 5s. #freethetongue

I couldn’t get with the steps while walking

They didn’t feel like a training shoe on my foot. It felt more like a shower shoe towards front

Worth the buy, great for workouts especially the dreaded leg days

Love these, good arch support, nice support under the ankle and behind the foot. Love the amount of space given so your toes aren’t squished together, definitely resembles being barefoot. Extremely comfortable.
