Runs very small

Just received this hoodie as a Christmas gift and it does not run true to size. I wear large if oversized and extra large if regular fit. My daughter brought me a Xl and it’s fitting like a medium. Very tight on my arms and wrist. Please tell the truth when you are writing these reviews. Very disappointed
