Worst couch ever

I purchased this because of the great price, No one should buy this for full price or for the deep discount I did. The couch comes unassembled but is easy to put together, This couch offer no bottom support, When you sit you sink to the middle. Two people end up sunk together in the middle. Also could not order online. You had to order over the phone which has created a lack of a digital footprint to request a refund.
