Horrible customer service, ok wallet

The wallet is as expected. The reason for the one star review is because I ordered this product for pick up in store, went to pick it up and saw there was a clear large scuff on the wallet. I pointed it out to the customer service agent, Loretta, and she said the system shows there was only one other wallet in the store. She then stared at me and said “sometimes this is inaccurate, but up to you if you want to go look for it.” I did not feel it was my job to look for it considering they were the ones who packaged a clearly damaged item and are the ones familiar with their product location in store. I was not expecting Loretta to go get it but she could have radioed another employee on that floor to bring it down. I asked for a refund and went to look for another item to gift instead and found the other wallet. This was a in a slightly better condition with just some stitching coming loose but nothing major. However, I ended up paying more for buying the wallet in store than just buying it online. It was a very annoying experience and honestly, disappointing that they would package damaged items for pick up / delivery without so much as a notice to the buyer.
