Item returned but no refund issued

Item was returned in Macys store and rep. told me that refund will be issued in 3-7 business days but as of today no refund was issued. I already called 2-3 times and every time rep told me to wait for another 3-4 days but as of today I am still waiting on my refund. I am truly disappointed with Macy's service.

These were uncomfortable my pinky toe rubbed on the seam they were very plasticky and felt unsafe to wear
