Not a good fit

These are cute sneakers, but for some reason, my heel slips out as I walk. They don't work for me. I ordered 1/2 size up like other reviews indicated, and the length was okay, but I think the thick sole makes the shoe stiff, and that's why my heel slips out. I also have narrow feet, and most shoes are medium in width.
