Broken heel tips after one wear

I’ve worn my new shoes once and the heel tips came off already. Nine West does not make quality shoes anymore and they have the nerve to raise the prices

Mixed Feelings

I wore this shoe for the first time yesterday, all day. While it was comfortable and I truly liked the style and look, I wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing. After taking them off at the end of day, I noticed on one shoe, the tip of the heel came off. Very disappointed in the poor workmanship as the other reviews have noted. However, since I do like the shoe overall, I will go get it fixed in hopes the shoe repair does a better job adhering the tip

I purchased 2 of these because they were on sale. Both heel tips broke during the first couple of hours of use. The quality of materials used is not the same.
