Uncomfortable Label

Why did they sew the “Nine West” label on the inside arch? So uncomfortable! Other shoes print it. The sewn label rubs on the arch of my foot. I will return. It’s a beautiful but uncomfortable shoe.

Shoe Came Scratched

As I opened the box for the first time, there it was, a scratch on the patent leather. This is a Macy's issue, not a nine west issue.
