Looks great too hard to unlatch

The band is beautiful, however, I have a really hard time unlatching the band. Would not recommend unless you have really strong fingernails!

Defective clasp

Could not use watch as clasp would not open. The return date had passed but I didn’t gift this till after date. How can I return this as defective product?
