To was skeptical bc I’ve never owned a Nine West boot so I wasn’t sure on sizing . I’m a true 10 with a wide foot so I get 11 if it’s narrow. So gladdddd i did! This boot is sooooo lovely. Heel height is perfect! Can deff wear for an all day boot. Only thing I didn’t like was no zipper however I can get past it. Quality is there !! Buy the boot 🥰

No zipper?!

These shoes are cute but they are narrow. I normally wear a size 7 with nine west shoes but think I should have sized up to a 7.5 for a little space. But the biggest issue is that the boots don't have a zipper at all making them SUPER difficult to get off. Will be returning.

Needs a better quality check before shipping

There was something protruding out of the area near the side of my right toe…near the toes. It was not visible so it stuck me. I have a picture of what I had to pull out with pliers. Otherwise the style and expectation of the boots were as specter. There should be a more thorough quality check before shipping.
