Item not received

I can’t review the shoes because I didn’t receive them. Package was supposedly delivered by DoorDash but the picture of where it was left was not of my house. I reached out to Macys for a refund or replacement and was told there’s nothing they can/will do. This will unfortunately be my last order from Macys.

Used heels

I got sent the wrong order. I had ordered the all black with gold heel. Instead I got sent someone’s custom order ! The all black ones I wanted were like a matte finish. Instead they sent me the shiny ones that you can easily tell they have been used. Which still came with the previous customers info btw! Order placed 6-10-26 and received 6-12-26

Affordable Luxury

Love these so much. These are the perfectly dupe for the Tom Ford heels and they are comfortable around the toes. Very elegant but sensual. They are a little slick on the bottom but that can be fixed.
