Good looking

Comfortable heeled boot calf width and foot width was great for me. Wide size 11. I sometimes wear a ten in other shoes but because this was a pointed toe the11 was perfect. Very soft leather.

Damaged in packaging process

Sadly the packaging materials rubbed the delicate leather material and the white material scratched and transferred into the boot. I’ll have to return them.

Train Your Associates

The boot may be great but I needed a boot that was NOT wide calf. My issue is with Macy's who returned the boot and order the same boot again (twice). Now, I will just return the boot without an order to replace it. Very frustrating.
