Refund complaint

Highly upset. I received an email stating that my package was delivered and was not. I Called customer service in regards to my missing package. A replacement order was issued. Both replacement order along with order that stated was delivered but was not, arrived at the same time. I returned one of the orders to the store and was refunded in the form of a voucher, which came in the mail and can't be used on line. Supposedly the return was over 37 days which is why I was given a voucher. Why was a gift card not given or a credit back to my Macy's credit card. Furthermore, 37 days had not passed to receive a full refund and based on the Christmas extension through January 31st a full refund should have been issued.

Tight shoes - size up!

These shoes look very nice and classic, but they ran small on me. I am a pretty reliable size 6. I was hoping they might stretch with wear, but I was extremely uncomfortable the one time that I wore them. I would recommend sizing up half a size or even a full size.

Just purchased shoes in the flowery pattern, when they arrived they looked good. However, they were small and tight. The material looked cheap. They were unwearable.

Just what I’ve been looking for

Beautiful comfortable summery shoes in the flowered pattern on raffia. I usually wear a 7.5 but went up to 8 M because of the pointed toe. A slight slipping of the right shoe which I can fix with a thin insert. The toebed on the half size up wasn’t cramped. The sole is a little slippery but we’ll fix that up with sandpaper.
