Love my new blender!

This new blender replaced my old Ninja Twisti blender. I love it! Its much quieter than my Twisti and chopped up my frozen fruit so quick. I did give 4 stars because the two cups that it comes with, the lids can't be closed. So it's an open mouth area. I take my smoothies to work, and now I just have to be careful how I'm carrying it. Also when drinking a smoothie out of it, it comes flying out and creates a bit of a mess. I did buy other smoothie cups with a lid that will fix this, but it's a small annoyance and I still love the blender.

Kneading chappati dough in a minute

Absolutely amazing to be able to knead dough (using wheat flour, salt, oil and water) in less than a minute using the Ninja BL770. The chappati (Indian bread) comes out really fluffy with this dough, which is definitely worth the purchase.

Item is great, customer service is lacking

Nothing wrong with the item, the 2 stars is for the customer service, i ordered this item to be gift wrapped for christmas as a gift to my wife, well the item came to my door in the ninja box displaying what it is so my wife now knows her suprise, to some it may not be a big deal but it was for me. The excitement to see my wife open this on christmas morning is now gone, sure she is still excited for it but the suprise factor is not there. Customer service is a joke they dont care and it shows when i get a guy on the phone has a condensending tone of voice and gives an excuse when asked for a supervisor i was told to call back and ask for one, i explained there is always a supervisor available and he said they are at lunch, he finally transfered me after not having a care in the world. The supervisor was professional enough but a small discount and i $20 gift card as a sorry is not what i wanted, I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement and apology for the packaging department for messing up and the company as a whole needs to do better on customer service. Expect what you buy but dont expect the company to care.
