Great product as with everything Ninja makes - BUT
Dropping it to four stars because for the life of me I cannot understand why there is only ONE bottom cap. You have two sippy lids, and one bottom cap. To put it succinctly - that’s dumb. I’d love to be able to order another bottom cap - why can I order a replacement lid, but I can’t order an extra bottom cap? It makes no sense.

Stupid to have only one bottom cap
Only one bottom cap? What’s the point of two special sippy lids? I can’t use the second sippy lid unless I carry around the whole base with the blades. Yes I could treat one as a blender and one as a to-go, but that doesn’t make sense either two sippy lids This is very poor product management. Idiotic. Returning to store and looking for a better one.

Don’t do it!
I don’t do reviews and I don’t swear, but this thing has driven me to do both. It is awful. if you put anything frozen in it that’s bigger than a pea you might as well forget it. It stops about every three seconds no matter how much liquid you have you constantly have to remove lid and stick something inside to unjam it. And it does not hold a charge more than a day and a half. I would not recommend it at all.

Good product but could be more versatile
I bought this item on prime day so it was a great deal. It did not come with any accessories--it was just the blender and the USB charging cable. I have used it on a two week trip to make bullet proof coffee and protein shakes. The blending aspect of this item is great for my needs while I am on the road. What would make this even better is if there was a screw on cap for the bottom so you don't need to tote the entire blender around after you have made your drink. I like having only one container but it would be better if you could have a bottom that was not an entire motor unit!

Hurts
Every time I need to twist the cup from the blender is soooo tide and I hurt my fingers. I just don't like them at all. Is hard to match the arrows the one on the cup and the one on the blender, otherwise that blander will NOT WORK!
