Top of the line coffee brewing
I’ve had my ninja coffee maker for over 2 years and it’s been perfect. I use the regular brew setting most days, but have also tried the other settings. Perfect coffee brewed every time. The tea setting also turns out great. I only use filtered water and haven’t had any issues with build up. Mine came with a reusable filter, but I prefer disposable ones, so I don’t use that. The tea filter is easy to exchange and clean when finished. The reservoir is easy to remove for refilling and cleaning. The coffee pot handle is sturdy, and I appreciate the top cover, makes it easier for pouring compared to traditional glass spouts that I seem to always make a mess with. I have several ninja products and they always meet or exceed expectations.

The Ninja Hot & Cold brewed system makes it easy to have unique, fun & flavorful coffees & tea at home. This unit comes with 2 filters & has IQ sensors so it knows which filter is in at the time. The green one is for tea, & the orange for coffee. You can make your drinks hot or cold with the addition of ice right into the pot and the feature you select on the machine. the coffees in the picture are cold brew & are so smooth and are the perfect temperature every time. Did I also mention it makes foam? Well it does! It's so simple to make a variety of drinks that are playful & delicious, you'll become a home barista!

High quality trash.
We bought this a couple days after buying our house, not even two years ago. Worked ok for a couple of months but shortly after it just stopped making coffee midway through the brewing cycle. First you could make coffee on any setting now, the max it makes is a travel mug. Seems to have some serious issues with the water pump and the drip stop mechanism. Many times we’ve disassembled this to clean it and every time we do I think to myself… this is immensely over-engineered to the point where it’s faulty throughout. ER09 is more commonly displayed than anything else. I find it hilariously convenient that it starts acting up almost immediately after the 1-year mfg warranty runs out too. Absolute junk.

Wasted money
I have had my coffee maker about a year now, and it's the worst I've owned. I love my ninja kitchen appliances but this one is awful. I have tried different coffee, changed the permanent filter for just a regular filter and it floods the filter compartment with either one now and just brews a whole pot in the filter , never making it to the pot. I have ran it through many clean cycles and no improvements. Extremely disappointed for the price

Love it but I have one suggestion
Bought this coffee maker about two years ago. Love it except for one issue. Once every blue moon I accidentally do not fully close the basket holder resulting in overflow mess. The machine is loaded with features however I wish it had a safety switch to not brew unless the basket holder was fully closed.
