Broken knife but still love it

I love this Shark Ninja Kitchen System! It’s powerful, super versatile, and makes smoothies, dough, and chopping so easy. The FreshVac feature really keeps my smoothies fresh longer. The smart screen is easy to use and the multiple attachments are perfect for different tasks. Unfortunately, one of the knives broke after a few months, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, I still really enjoy using it and would recommend it!

Powerful, versatile and with a gift pot that saves

This combo is a jewel in the kitchen! The blender is powerful, chops ice without problem and the different functions make everything easier, from smoothies to doughs. The food processor cuts and grates super fast. And the best! Bring a gift pressure cooker that is a stick to save time. Totally recommended if you like to cook without complicating yourself.

I can't find a support

I bought this product an year ago, and now it stopped working. The processor doesn't work good. The slices are bigger than usual. I send an email looking for help, but nobody answered my questions. The product is very good, but doesn't have a serious support. About the design, the processor lid is really impossible to be clean.

It does a great job but has a major flaw

I love the Ninja; however, the single serve cup leaks. Since purchasing the system in March, I've went through 3 cups. I came to the website hoping to find other Ninja cups that are compatible with the system but without the FreshVac seal on it. No luck. If the answer is here somewhere, it's not obvious.
