Disappointing
Purchased less than a year ago. Used a handful of times as this is not my everyday blender. Tonight turned on, started smoking and poof! Its dead. Hoping can be replaced as i purchased extended warranty.

Works great but has mold problem
I bought this blender in December 2019. It has worked great! The main issue is the smaller cup, which I use very frequently, keeps getting mold in the food saver valve. I called customer service and they replaced the cup. I clean the cups exactly how directed, and I quickly got mold in the replacement cup as well. I’m not sure if the mold is actually getting into my drink, but it’s worrisome enough that I sadly have decided to replace our entire system.

Never had to replace anything
I have used my ninja regularly for years and never had to replace a thing. I love mine . The little juicer and the big blender I have not used the food processor much.

No what I expected.... chunky smoothies
My husband got me this as a gift to replace my nutribullet proi was so exited and first use disappointing the smoothies was not smooth at all it will not blend I had to wait till it finish and shake the cup I had to repit the process 3 time and still wasn't fully smooth I'm using same amount the I always use liquid and frozen fruit protein powder.... it is very loud plus it smell bad like something is over heating when use so disappointed because it was a birthday present is past the return time they accept at the store so now I'm stuck with it not happy at all

Juicer Does Not Work As Expected
I purchased this product 4 months ago because of the micro-juice technology component. After four months of using it, I wish I did not buy this product. The juice feature does not work as advertised. When using it, I still have to use a cheesecloth to remove the pulp and also to get enough liquid. I typically juice celery in this blender, and four stalks of celery will produce less than an ounce of liquid. I then have to use the cheesecloth to get more liquid. One plus of the blender is the smoothie feature, my smoothies are smoother using this blender, but you should purchase something else if you need a juicer.

Not a good juicer
I really like Ninja blenders and thought blender and juicer in one would be great. I was skeptical that the juicer function would work though. Sadly, I was right. If you want a juicer get a real one. It leaves behind most of the fruit/vegetable in pulp form, not drawing out the liquid (which I thought maybe the vacuum was supposed to do). It's a waste of food and money. I will be returning this.
