It’s no Nice

I had a very disappointing experience with Macy’s. I purchased two Ninja Blenders on Thanksgiving through the Macy’s website on November 26, with an estimated delivery date of December 3. The products never arrived. Almost a month later, I contacted customer service to ask about the delivery. They asked if I wanted to cancel the order, and I clearly said no, because I still needed the products. I was told the items would arrive in the next few days. Later, when I checked my Macy’s account, I discovered that my order had been canceled and refunded without my authorization. To make matters worse, I still have not received the refund to this day. This is extremely poor customer service. If the product is not available, it should not be sold online. I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled.
