Still haven’t received item

I placed an order back on December 3rd when this item was on sale. 5 days later, the item was placed on back order, and I was asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I selected to keep the order open and wait. Fast forward to the last few weeks: this item has been available for order AND people have placed successful orders and received their item despite my order still needing to be fulfilled. After talking to customer service about the issue, I was told they would be contacting their warehouse to push my item to be shipped. It has since been in and out of being available and still no tracking, despite a friend of mine placing an order last week and receiving this exact blender before Christmas. Would really like my item shipped.

Worth the money!

No feeder tube or drizzle hole

There is no opening in the processor lid to slowly add or "drizzle" additional ingredients like water or anything else while mixing. Stopping, taking the lid on and off multiple times is a real hassle!

Backorder

I ordered this blender on sale on Black Friday. It is now December 23rd and I have not received it. It says it is on back order however the item says in stock on Macys website. I would not order again. I would request a refund however I ordered it on Black Friday and will no longer be able to find such a deal. I should have went with another retailer.
