Very Disapointed with Macys

I placed this order on November 30th and didn’t receive it until today, December 11th. The delay was already frustrating, but when I picked up the order, the box was completely destroyed. It looked like something you would see in a donation bin at Goodwill, not from a major department store. I’ve attached pictures so you can see the condition it arrived in. Customer service told me there was another one available in the men’s store which is across from the mall (VERY LONG WALK WITH THIS HUGE BOX), and I had to walk over there myself. When I arrived, it turns out they didn’t have it after all. This entire experience was very disappointing. I cannot believe Macy’s would allow a product to be delivered in this condition. Even though the items inside seem to be okay, the box is not acceptable to give as a gift, especially after waiting almost 12 days for it to arrive. I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s.
