I have never used or heard the term “Recumbent” before but have used exercise bikes and always aggravate my prior sports injuries. So, this title does seem to fit.

This bike is very comfortable to use, even with several back and joint issues, we are able to exercise as long as necessary to burn calories and build strength without injury. The ifit app and trainers are helpful to keep the exercise interesting. I recommend this for those who need recovery from years of a sedentary work.

2nd Best piece next to my NT Treadmill

I have loved my treadmill but needed more help for toning my legs. I am very please I invested in this next piece of equipment. It’s already showing in my legs! Oh I dust them better than the rest of my home ! Yes , my dining room is perfect for them 🤗

Very Disappointed and Unsatisfied

W had issues with the handle controls that has gone unresolved and I have the added insurance and it has still gone unresolved Therefore have been unable to use the equipment
