Can improve the battery life and needs frequent charging. Easy to clean. Body trimmer does not work well and nicks. It will be nice to have a box just for the trimmer for travel.

The battery quality is not good.
It worked well for about 2yrs and 8 months, and now it will not hold a charge. I feel it should have lasted longer than that!

I primarily use this groomer for trimming my mustache and partial beard. Have not had the courage to use it on my hair. The device comes with multiple attachments, many more than a previously owned product. The attachments are easy to attach and remove once you learn the proper procedures. I am disappointed in the ear and nose trimmer since it pulls painfully on nostril hair when used. Does not seem to do that on ear hair. I would probably purchase it again despite this problem

The guards break easily
The guard I use the most broke a few weeks after purchasing so that means I only used it about 3 times. I wish I had bought something else instead of wasting 70 dollars...
