I do like the style and feel of the razor, I was hoping for a smoother shave. However I was a little disappointed that a charger was not included with razor! I have been a Philips customer for over 30 years.

Husband is not satisfied with product.

I gave this shaver to my 83 year old husband for Christmas and he has made several comments over the past 2 months that the shave is not close enough. He says he gets a closer shave using a razor but with him on blood thinners, I am afraid he will cut himself and I thought this shaver would be a good choice. He is not satisfied.
