Need more getting used to than other models,
Close comfortable shave but difficult to shave under nose and around sideburns, do to head placement being so far back from edge of shaver

Disappointed
Performance is very disappointing. I have had many Philips shavers before but this one is just ineffective. It takes twice as long to shave than my previous Philips shaver as I have to keep going areas multiple times, and this makes more skin sore . I do not recommend this model .

Clean shave
I have always thought that old-fashioned shavers with blades do the best work, but I was wrong. I realized it when using this shaver for the first time. It does a very clean shave with no cuts.

A great shave every time
Superb smooth shave regardless of stubble growth. Easy to hold and recharging stand is a very useful extra. Do not like the extended area around the cutting heads as they inhibit getting close to stubble immediately under the nose. (unlike previous Phillips shavers) Also the on?off button position can irritate as it is too easy for the thumb to touch it whilst shaving and switch it off. Something I did not like with previous 6000.

Good, so far
Finally, a quiet shaver. I debated between giving it a 4 or a 5 because those trimmers built into the shavers never really work.
