Philips Series 5000 Shaver Simply the Best

I've had a number of electric shavers over the years. This Series 5000 is by far the best shaver I've ever owned. It's very gentle on the skin. Good quality at an affordable price.

This shaver has all the elements I need.

This razor replaced another electric razor I had for 20 yrs. This new Wet & Dry electric shaver is so much better. This new razor provides me with a very close shave and is so smooth. When done shaving it is so easy to clean it as it can be taken apart very easily. It stays charged for an extended period. There is nothing I do not like about this electric razor. Cost wise it is very well priced compared to other shavers. I am 77 and probably will not have to buy another razor. One last note: when I say close shave I mean close shave.

It has a great feature but it has not last long .

I’m really disappointed because all the shaving heads has come off and this was a present from my Mrs within a year that she bought it for me

No Protective Cap

Received about a month ago and quite satisfied with its performance overall. Just a bit disappointed with the thickness of the margins around the cutters - I can get right under my nose. Only giving 4 stars though! Why oh why don't Philips make it clearer which shavers come with protective caps and which don't. I think the general perception of potential buyers is that all the shavers include a protector. I would have ordered one along with the shaver but I don't intend to pay for one, plus the post & packing.
